I am a Mindfulness Teacher with a passion for blending elements such as Yoga, Guided Mediations, Reiki and all things Mindfulness into my retreats, workshops and coaching. I create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world.
I give people the tools and skills to change behavioural patterns in order to create the life they desire.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes empathy, personal growth and practical application of mindfulness in daily life.
Corporate Mindfulness
I also offer bespoke corporate workshops from half day workshops to 8 week stress reduction (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR) courses which can introduce mindfulness practices in the workplace and enhance employee well-being, productivity and job satisfaction.
