About Jen Donovan
Jen is a Mindfulness Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. With a Masters of Science in Mindfulness from University College Dublin, Jen is passionate about guiding others towards discovering their true selves and awakening to the fullness of their lives.
My Story
My journey to mindfulness interventions began many years ago when I experienced burnout and illness from living in a constant state of fight or flight. I had been living this fast paced life with very little self-awareness for so long that it had become my normal. I also lost my father 12 years ago to cancer and this made me realise how precious time and life really is. I realised how so much life had already passed and I wasn’t really there, not fully present in the experiencing of it because I was stuck replaying the past or anxious and fearful of the future.
I decided to make a change from that point onwards and fell awake to my own life. I fully embraced who I was and really lived my own experiences as they were happening.
My Promise
As a mindfulness teacher I am dedicated to helping people cultivate present moment awareness.
The promise I make to you is the promise I made to myself all those years ago. It is possible to change your life, to find happiness and love to find your true authentic self and your purpose in this life.
